"Live 4 Lali" in Arlington Heights has some great options- "SMART Recovery" is a great alternative support group in place of AA/NA, and "Buddhist Recovery Network" is a Mindfulness based support group where they incorporate meditation/relaxation exercises into the group (if your client is open to that.) I've heard great things from my clients about both. Hopefully they are doing them in person somewhat by who knows with these new guidelines that just came out. Virtual for sure though is up and running.
